Customer Contact & Enquiry Executive Wanted at AEG Motorhomes!

As our business continues to grow across Motorhome Sales, KGM Vehicle Sales, Service & Repairs and our wider aftersales operations, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Contact & Enquiry Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
The Customer Contact & Enquiry Executive will act as a central point of contact for customers across the business, managing incoming telephone calls and enquiries received through our website, AutoTrader, manufacturer leads, social media and email.
The successful candidate will ensure that every customer receives a prompt and professional response, with enquiries accurately recorded within our Pinnacle DMS system and progressed or allocated to the appropriate department.
This is an important customer-facing role that will help ensure enquiries are handled efficiently while supporting our Sales, Service and KGM teams.
Key Responsibilities
Telephone Management
- Answer all incoming telephone calls professionally and provide an excellent first impression of the business.
- Qualify customer requirements and direct calls efficiently to the appropriate department.
- Take detailed messages when team members are unavailable.
- Ensure customer callbacks are logged and monitored.
- Help reduce missed and abandoned calls.
- Monitor call volumes and identify periods of increased demand.
Sales Enquiry Management
- Manage enquiries received through the company website, AutoTrader, manufacturer leads, social media and email.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify their needs.
- Accurately record enquiries within Pinnacle DMS.
- Allocate leads to the appropriate member of the Sales team.
- Monitor follow-up activity.
- Escalate urgent or high-priority opportunities where appropriate.
Service Enquiries
- Coordinate customer enquiries relating to repairs, habitation checks, MOTs, warranty, accessories and workshop bookings.
- Ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate member of the Service or Aftersales team.
- Assist with ensuring customers receive timely responses and updates.
Customer Communication
- Make appointment confirmation and courtesy follow-up calls.
- Follow up missed calls and customer enquiries.
- Provide customers with updates where required.
- Assist with customer satisfaction calls.
- Support the business with customer review requests.
Pinnacle DMS Administration
- Ensure customer interactions and enquiries are recorded accurately within Pinnacle DMS.
- Record relevant information including lead source, vehicle of interest, customer requirements, department allocation, outcome and follow-up dates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and enquiry records.
Additional Responsibilities
The role may also support the wider business with:
- Manufacturer lead compliance.
- Marketing campaigns.
- Database cleansing and maintaining CRM data quality.
- Customer retention campaigns.
- Lost sales analysis.
- Workshop reminder calls.
- Accessory promotions.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Valeter to join our team on a full-time basis, specialising in the preparation and presentation of motorhomes and campervans. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards. A keen interest in leisure vehicles and outdoor living is a bonus, along with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all motorhomes and campervans are cleaned, valeted, and presented to the highest standard, both inside and out, prior to display, handover, or delivery

Conduct full pre-delivery valets, ensuring vehicles are showroom-ready for customer collection or presentation

Perform routine cleaning and detailing of stock vehicles on-site, maintaining consistent visual standards across the forecourt and showroom

Complete vehicle valeting documentation and checklists accurately to support smooth handovers and internal processes

Report any vehicle defects or damages found during cleaning to the Service or Sales Manager promptly

Maintain stock of valeting supplies and ensure all equipment is kept clean, tidy, and in good working order

Assist with the movement of vehicles around the site as required (subject to valid driving licence)

Support the Sales and Aftersales teams with additional cleaning or presentation tasks as needed during busy periods, handovers, or events

Requirements:
