Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and driven Motorhome Sales Executive to join our sales team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of each sale from initial enquiry through to handover. Flexibility will be required during busier times of the year.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets as set by the Sales Manager / General Manager.
- Participate in in-house, national, and regional shows and exhibitions.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and input accurate information into the company computer system to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of each sale.
- Record each sales opportunity, customer contact, and follow-up accurately within the CRM system.
- Assist the Sales Manager / General Manager in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales opportunities.
- Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and all associated documentation.
- Maintain extensive and up-to-date knowledge regarding pricing, options, warranties, colours, standard equipment, and specifications.
- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and part-exchange valuations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring a positive and memorable buying experience.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record – C1 entitlement on driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills – has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers
- Stability under pressure – reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks
- Willingness to travel to industry events as required.
